To aru majutsu no index II Nendoroid petite Touma Kamijou

This is a review about a nendoroid petite of the anime 'To aru majutsu no index II' of the character Touma Kamijou. He has his normal clothes on and stand in his charasteristic battle position looking the enemy fiercefull in the eyes.

The figure wears the same clothes as in the anime. Also the pose is very well shosen as it is his battle pose throughout the series. Only two things bug me a bit. His hair looks a lot like in the anime, but not entirely. And the biggest problem i have is with his eyes. Touma has, in the anime, rather small pupils and another style of eyes than the figure. This makes the figure don't look like Touma. Which is a real shame because his eyes are very well painted and look great.

Nendoroids are usually of high quality and so is this little figure! Even though it's small the sculpting is very well done, which is visible as you look at his tiny hands. Also the painting is done very well, his eyes really seem to look through you. The only thing that I have a problem with is that since the figure wears a rather simple outfit they could have made the shirt more detailed with folds and such. This would take the figure a level higher on the scale of quality because now the figure looks kinda cheap since his outfit doesn't require a lot of skill. Also the ground plate is just made from plastic, which makes it even look more cheap. Well you can say that you can't expect great details for such a cheap price but i have to say that I've had cheaper figures with more detail so it's juts the way you look at it. Let's just say this figure dissapoints me a bit.

There wasn't much construction since you only had to put the supporting beam in the ground plate and than attach your figure to it. This went really smoothly and the figure doesn't easily come out.

The figure was in one piece with the ground plate and supporting beam separate.
