TTGL PVC figure Yoko real image ver.

This is a review about a PVC figure of the anime 'Tengen toppa gurren lagann' of the character Yoko Littner. Yoko Littner is the female protagonist of the series. She is a girl from Jeeha's neighboring village of Littner who had been chasing the Gunmen that crashed into Jeeha Village. She wields an extensive range of firearms, most frequently of which is a long range sniper rifle modeled after the Barrett M82. She's shown here in the outfit  from the anime and holding her charasteristic gun in an appealing pose. The figure doesn't represent the anime but it's the "real image" version, trying to show the anime character in a realistic form.

As I already mentioned, the figure isn't really made to resemblance the anime, since it wants to show Yoko realisticly. But of course she still has all her chrasteristic features like her gun and clothes. So all the details, which make her Yoko, are still there. And they are very well executed as well, this is visible when we take a look at her gun, it looks like an exact replica of the gun she used in the anime. Her face is also really pretty but i think her expression is a bit weird. A more badass look would have suited the figure more. But i guess she had to take on a more "sexy" expression to suit her appealing pose.

Since this figure has to be realistic it also has a lot more details then a normal figure. The waving of her hair is very well executed, as is her gun. What I really like about this figure is the pose which has this S-curve, which makes it really dynamic. It makes the figure beautiful, even when you look at it from other angles. Honestly, I can't explain in words how detailed this figure is. All the sculpting and painting is from such an high quality that it leaves me speecheless. So I think that the pictures will say more than words.

There wasn't much construcion since you only had to put the figure on the ground plate, which went really smooth. The figure keeps standing upright even though it's a quite heavy figure. So I'm happy the designers kept that aspect in mind, because other "heavy" PVC figures I have, tend to fall over because they don't fit very well in the ground plate.

The figure was in one piece with the ground plate and an extra hair piece (including Yoko's glasses) seperate. So this figure needs no real building.
