K-ON! Ballchain Tsuke Plush dolls

This is a review about plushies of the characters Yui and Mio from the anime 'K-ON!'. 'K-On!'s story revolves around four Japanese high school girls who join Sakuragaoka Girl's High School's light music club to try to save it from being disbanded, however, they are the only members of the club.

I bought the Yui keychain at Archonia for about € 9 (12 USD) and in their sales I bought the Mio version for € 5 (6,5 USD)

They're about 9 cm (3.5 inch) high.

R E S E M B L A N C E
Let's start with Yui. Her expression is funny and also suitable for Yui. Just her hair bothers me since it doesn't look like Yui's hair at all. Next we have Mio, I think her hair looks better than Yui's. Her expression is funny but also a bit odd, I think it's because of her mouth. I have to say the plushie looked really different on photo. Both the school uniforms aren't really that detailed and make the plushies look cheap.

Q U A L I T Y
Very well sewn! They just used such an ugly material for the hair. It looks really cheap and it doesn't look like hair to me. I think the designers could have done this way better. The shape of their bodies also seems odd to me. And I can't help but hate the ugle seam on Mio's face.
