Bought this artbook at an anime convention for about € 40 (53 USD)

The book has around 126 pages. All the pages are in fullcolour! Just one part isn't but that's because it's a small manga included in the book. And as you probably already know manga's are always black/white.
C O N T E N T
The very first page is a two-page long poster of the picture of Kamina you can see on the cover of the book. And there's another picture of the whole group on the other side of the picture (as you can see in the first picture underneath the review). The next pages are page-filling pictures of the anime. After that, they start explaining the plot of the movie with little screenshots and text. Next they have some pagefilling pictures of Kamina as a small Kamina tribute.Then comes the manga that I already mentioned (don't expect too much it's just a few pages) After that they continue to explain the plotline with the screenshots. Next they give more info about the characters and all the gundams used in the anime with little pictures and text and that's about it. It's a good fanbook, I can say nothing about that. But since I can't read japanese I can merely look at the pictures and since the strength of the book is text, I don't think it's the best book i've ever seen. So I think it depends on what you like in a book: if you wanna see a lot of pictures of your favourite heroes in the anime series, you probably better go for the groundwork of gurren laggan artbook, if you want to see the story again in little screenshots and don't really care about pictures, just about the extra stuff that's included in this book (like the five-page manga) this might be a good book for you. But I think that most of you can't read japanese either, like me, so if that's the case I don't think this book has a lot to offer you honestly.
